Vice President of Marketing and Fundraising

Chris Sherman

MidStates Federation - Rockford Club - Rockford, IL

Vice President of Membership

Tim Dollens

MoKan Federation - Columbia Luncheon Club - Columbia, MO
As your newly elected Vice President of Membership I would first like to thank the Cosmopolitan International Organization for allowing me to serve on such a historic and prestigious organization.  I have been a Cosmopolitan in my own community for nine years in the Columbia Luncheon Club and two years in the Columbia Breakfast Club.  In those nine years, I have served as board member, secretary, President Elect and President and Past President of the Luncheon Club.  I have had perfect attendance for over eight of those years and have been an active member in both.  I have served as the Governor of the Mo-Kan Federation as well.  My commitment is to fighting diabetes.  As a pre-diabetic myself who works hard to walk to keep my A1C in a normal range, I have seen first hand what type 2 diabetes can do to a family.
My main goal for this term is to help the members we have become better informed members of our organization but also to let them know that it is FUN to be a COSMO and their friends will want to join because they are having so much fun but WORKING for a GOOD Cause.  I hope to be in more contact with local diabetic organizations as well as the American Kidney Foundation.  I firmly believe that we should strive to TEAM up with another organization to make ourselves more known.  MY HOPE is that ONE DAY a member of our organization will be sitting in a studio during World Diabetes Day in November and people will find out about who we are and how we can help diabetics get a dog or learn more where they too can volunteer in such a great organization.
I hope we can be ALL ABOARD to help Darin, our President meet that goal.
